Chandler Kissell
Chandler
Kissell is both an oil and a watercolor painter. Her work is
representational, though not realistic, and includes portraits,
traditional landscapes, somewhat-abstract landscapes, birds of
prey, sporting scenes, and flowers.
She is an elected member of the Salmagundi Club, New York,
The Charleston Artists Guild, South Carolina, the Connecticut
Watercolor Society, The Chaffee Center for the Visual
Arts, Vermont, the Marblehead Arts Association, Massachusetts,
and an active member of many other professional associations.
Her work has been exhibited in more than 71 national and
regional shows since 2001 when she left the advertising and
publishing industries. Pieces hang in many private and corporate
collections.
Chandler's work may be seen at the Courtyard Art Gallery in
Mystic, Connecticut.
